 jude.pinto: Personally, an online service is the most convenient method of purchase. Along with in-store pick-up, this online service is highly satisfactory. 
 thecolorturkey: Big Fireball's service and speed recently changed, and got significantly better. The past few purchases I made from them were great - this one, however, I wasn't as happy with. I ordered cards they didn't have, apparently - I was refunded for the amount, which was nice (the card in question being Razormane Masticore) - it would have been nice to see them include the other printing of the card as opposed to refunding me the money, or offering the option. Also, I had ordered Priority shipping (2-3 days) - I placed the order Friday, June 13th evening, and expected it earlier than Wednesday, June 18th. Again, I needed the cards before this week's FNM, and I have them, I just would have preferred to receive it within the 2-3 days as promised. Also, I usually receive an email with a tracking code from BigFireball - with this order I did not. Again, I'm still content, the order arrived by the time I needed it, but the speed and accuracy (the rest of the order was 100% accurate, except for the Masticore and a Sudden Death, which was also refunded) could have been improved. So, I have to ask myself - is this just a fluke, a freak accident among Big Fireball's continuing improvements, or is this them sliding back to long purchase and delivery times? 
 jgw69: Often cards are shipped in sleeves; this was a large order (31 cards)and was all packaged together in one large sleeve. No apparent wear on the cards tho. Cards packaged in a bubble envelope, then inside another bubble envelope for safety. No complaints! This survey has two identical questions. 
 symphony2040: When I purchased my order, they were out of stock of some items even though their website didnýt say so. Their deliveries are always fast, and I have only had problems with missing products when concerning 1 package out of 2 orders, and this was a little above 100 cards. They respond to emails somewhat well and overall have very good prices. Even with these problems, if your prepared to understand minor mistakes, I highly recommend Bigfireball.com.

We try our best to keep our inventory accurate but it is very extensive and you must factor in human error. In addition to a nearly utter lack of communication, the site also made some mistakes with the order. I'm rather dissappointed, to say the least. 
 irarae: I have purchased from Big Fireball and will again, but the issue of ordering cards and them then being out of stock is something they need to resolve in order to keep buyers like me coming back.(I only had 1 card that was out of stock and was refunded the cost upon being told. No problem with their customer service.) I had no problem with the shipping speed (which tends to average a week and half to two weeks). They don't ship the cards until they receive full payment from their Merchant Service provider which to me seems reasonable that they don't ship the cards until they are paid for them. If you are not willing to wait that long for the cheap prices then you should order from higher costing vendors who offer faster and more costly shipping methods.

Four emails asking about tracking information completely and totally disregarded, with never any reply, neither in my inbox nor bulk folder (so don't come in here and say you replied: You didn't.) If my cards had been lost in the mail, these guys would have been perfectly happy to not answer emails and let me deal with it on my own. Bad way to do business. Packaging was superb, except for one detail. The cards were wrapped in plastic, put in a mail envelope and then put into a larger package. That's fine and all, but the cards were sent with a hard card-display-case plastic sleeve... and they weren't even put IN the damn thing, they were on TOP of it. Couldn't believe it. All cards present and accounted for, so that's a plus, I guess, but if there'd been a problem, again there'd never have been any way to contact them because despite what they tell you on here, they DO NOT answer email. They just don't. I have four in my sent folder I can show off. Overall I'm glad I got my purchase, but with this absolutely horrendous lack of any kind of customer service, I can't say I'd do it again.

I ordered the cards on January the 29th, and I got a email a week and 2 weeks later saying that 17 of my cards were out of stock. This means that they didn't even ship the cards out until this time. Secondly, I ordered 90 magic cards and... 19 of them were out of stock. if I knew this, then i wouldn't have confirmed the order because I NEEDED some of those 19 cards for my deck to work, but they didn't bother asking for a confirmation on whether I still wanted the cards or not. But, other then that, the cards seemed to be in pretty good condition and the cards were a good price. I wouldn't recommend buy from here to anyone unless you are willing to wait 4~6 weeks for the cards to arrive, and willing to risking that many of the cards you might need are out of stock.

 coreytran: The only issue I have is the endless scrolling. There has got to be an easier way to view things. Too many things listed on one page. If that's the case, here's a solution: Try having the Rare, Uncommon, and Common headline to be BOLDED and font size BIGGER just so that the customer can quickly glance at what alphabet and location they are at while speed scrolling. Otherwise the viewer is forced to guess by looking at the scroll bar to the right to make their assumption. There was countless times where I had to scroll back up to carefully look at each first letter. Also, the biggest problem that I see is the centering of text. People(USA) read from left to right. By having it centered, you force ppl to read each first letter alphabetically zig zag which creates irritation to the eye and brain. Each individual card title should be flushed to the left so that the surfer can easily browse. The title can be centered but the individual card title should be all to the left. Just my experience as a graphic/web designer. Thanks!

 bryanjhsieh: i have ordered from this site before and had a pleasant experience...i think. this time around i pre ordered some future sight cards so a delay was understandable but good lord i didn't think it would take this long. when the order finally arrived it was missing cards. that is the worse of the worse because sometimes when you make an order, the missing cards might be the main reason you had made the order. they sent me a letter in the order stating the missing cards and the refund...when i went through the order though, there were more missing cards. so i had to go through the hassle of contacting them and explaining the problem, the person took my complaint down and said he had to infrom someone else, which i would have to wait to hear back from the next day. the next day came and i got no response so i once again had to go through the hassle of contacting them. sure...the guy said he would send me the missing cards but when i was explaining how unhappy i was about the order, he just said, "i'm sorry..we had alot of orders to fill." that is not the point...the point is that i am unhappy and feel i should be compensated a little...plus, i don't see why you wouldn't be able to complete my order with the missing planar chaos and timeshifted cards since you had close to a month due to the pre order of future sight (okay...it wasn't a month...but it was 3 weeks.) oh...did i mention that i live in california which is where bigfireball is located. buyers beware...there are alot of other sights to choose from

I sent two e-mails to Bigfireball also (one after a week of nothing, one after four days of no reply) and haven't heard from them. Bigfireball has a good selection and good prices but are frustrating to work with. You can find a lot of good cards and not pay that much but it will be slow and frustrating. Order well in advance.

I had to open a dispute with Paypal and then upgrade it to a claim to even get this vendor to send me a tracking number so that I could find out what happened. The merchandise I ordered was delivered back to the vendor over a week ago today and still I have not received any correspondence to try and resolve my purchase. I can say with 100% certainty that I will never purchase from this vendor again and will do my best to inform everyone I know that this vendor is undependable as far as I am concerned.
