Ok First off you didnt send me all the cards I requested. You only sent me the ones you actually had because your site is not up to date with you inventory. The posal date was past the 48 hour mark and you cant complain about me sending money because it was almost instant with paypal. I have had a lot better service from other card internet companies so please just try to do better and people will be happy :). From Card Addiction: I sent you all the cards that you requested. Apparently you must be angry because you recieved the cards later than anticipated. I did, however, send out the cards within 48 hours. Now when you factor shipping the money to me and me shipping the cards to you, there can be a 7-8 day wait for your order. If you are going to be this impatient, you should NOT buy singles online. Your demands are absolutely unreasonable, especially when you consider that you only spent 15 dollars. |

He also claims he wouldn't pay $4.60 (the price he had listed for them on 9/20) for a Rishidan Brigand. However I printed out the buy list from August 24 and he had $4.60 listed then. A month later and he still did not change it. Just think, when you send your purchase through, the price of the card you may want to buy may double because he doesn't keep track of his website. | aaron223: | My order was to ship out within 24 hours. Instead, 4 days later I recieved a strange email that said my order of 0 cards had shipped. It listed 0 as the quantity of each of the cards and said the order shipped. I didn't recieve a reply from the seller until much later that day. It took several more emails to get to the point where I was pretty sure the cards were still coming. He said that he didn't have the cards in stock (that were listed in his database) and that he had to go around town to find them. Now that would be all well and good, going the extra mile for the customer, if only he had sent an email to let me know of the situation. Instead everything got messy because of poor communication. I advised him in the future to let customers know in similar situations. I did recieve the cards. They weren't packaged the best, but they weren't damaged either. I think if the seller works a bit more on communicating with the customer he would be a business I would purchase from again. |
