Our store policy clearly states that we reserve the right to refund an order if the pricing is incorrect. This customer is only upset because he did not get to buy 40 $5 cards for 99 cents each, due to an obvious pricing mistake. I asked the customer if there was anything I could do to make it up to him, and got no reply, except for this negative feedback. There is simply no way to please a customer that is just looking to profit from someone's human error. In our 6+ years of business this has only happened twice, and it is no surprise that those are the only two incidents we've had so far of receiving negative feedback on FMC. |

Doing so helps prevent any possable bending of the cards(you dont need to put every card in one, just putting one in there and binding the shipped cards to it will prevent bending). for the 1-3 cents they'll cost you, they're well worth it.
